How we treat PHI on the fill desk
The blast is meant to reach the right clinicians without putting an address or chart on every phone.
SMS uses a patient tag only
Outbound fill and coverage texts include a patient tag — typically initials and a short area hint — plus discipline, visit type, area, and window. The Job ID stays on the internal desk. It is not sent on the SMS blast.
Address and winner details only after YES
Street address, access notes, and other winner-only instructions are not on the blast. They are meant for the clinician who claimed the visit, after first YES locks the ticket. The public winner details page is not live yet; until then, the office shares what the assigned clinician needs through the agency’s existing channels.
Token links under /visit/… currently show a coming-soon stub and do not display PHI.
Agencies own the EMR
NextVisitHQ does not write visits into your electronic medical record. After lock, staff plot the visit in the agency EMR, then close the ticket with DONE. Clinical documentation stays in systems you already operate.
STOP, HELP, quiet hours
Clinicians may reply STOP to leave the program and HELP for help. Default quiet hours for job blasts are 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Pacific. See SMS terms and Privacy.
What this site does not do
This marketing site has no staff login, no live ticket board, and no Twilio console. It does not collect visit PHI. Intake is a form used by agencies already on NextVisitHQ.
