Who we are

These terms apply to the NextVisitHQ SMS program at NextVisitHQ.com (“we,” “us”).

Agreement

By giving verbal or written consent (including accepting these terms and our Privacy Policy) and/or remaining on the roster and/or completing the confirmation SMS, you agree to receive transactional SMS from NextVisitHQ about visit fill and coverage opportunities.

Who this is for

Opted-in home health and hospice clinicians (for example RN, LVN, PT, OT, ST, CHHA) whose agency authorized visit assignment alerts. This is not a consumer marketing list and not third-party promotional texting.

Consent / opt-in

Opt-in is collected when agency staff obtain your permission using our verbal or written consent script, which includes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy. Before live blasts you receive a one-time confirmation SMS. You may reply STOP on that confirmation (or any later message) to decline.

Message types

Open visit alerts (reply YES to claim or NO), assignment confirmation (may include a secure link to visit details), filled notices, and system HELP / STOP replies. Not for marketing or promotions. Not third-party marketing.

Frequency, rates, sharing

Message frequency varies with open jobs. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Keyword re-opt-in after STOP where supported: START, UNSTOP. Carrier filters and delays can occur; we are not liable for failed or delayed delivery.

Links and changes

Secure detail links are for assigned clinicians; do not forward PHI beyond what your agency allows. We may update these terms; material SMS-program changes will be reflected in campaign registration and/or a new notice SMS when required.
